Jeanette Cruz MD

Dr. Cruz is a board certified family physician with over 10 years’ experience in primary care. She completed her family medicine residency at the St Joseph’s Hospital & Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ and received her medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan. She enjoys strength training and competitive ballroom dancing.

Mike Jakubik NP

Mike completed his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from CMU and nursing BSN from Oakland University. He then proceeded to complete his Masters at University of Michigan for his Nurse Practitioner.

He has practiced in the Emergency Department as well internal medicine.

He enjoys spending time with family, golfing, playing hockey, hunting and fishing and attending other sporting events.Here

Daniel Kapadia MD

Daniel started his undergraduate education at Wayne State University, before moving away for medical school at Avalon University School of Medicine on the island of Curaçao. He completed his clinical rotations in Las Vegas and Chicago before returning back home to complete his Internal Medicine Residency at Wayne State University, where he also served as Chief Resident.

He enjoys spending time with his wife and their son. In his free time, he also enjoys golfing and going to different restaurants.

Jaclyn Weber PA

Jaclyn completed her undergraduate at CMU with a BAS degree in Development and Psychology. After, she continued her education at Wayne State with their Physician Assistant Program. She completed her rotations in the Metro Detroit area. She has a special interest in Psychology. Jaclyn enjoys spending time with her husband and their pomsky River. She enjoys going to the gym, and spending time outdoors up north.

Ashleigh Finnazo PA

Ashleigh obtained her undergraduate degree from Wayne State University. She then went onto the Physician Assistant Program and achieved her Masters degree also from Wayne State University which she was inducted into the Pi Alpha Society. This is the national honor society for Physician Assistants. Her background is in Internal Medicine with a special interest in women’s health and diabetes management.

She enjoys spending time with her children and husband, yoga, cycling, and playing with her dogs.

Josh Ruedisueli PA

Joshua obtained his undergraduate degree from Oakland University. He then went onto the Physician Assistant Program and achieved his Masters degree from Wayne State University which he was inducted into the Pi Alpha Society. This is the national honor society for Physician Assistants. He has been practicing Internal Medicine and also has a background in Emergency Medicine and Radiology.

He also enjoys spending time with his family and riding motocross with his sons.
